Customer Service Representative/Delivery Driver

Duties

• Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and provide outstanding service both in person and over the phone.
• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to residential and business locations.
• Load and unload furniture ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Plan efficient delivery routes, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations to maximize productivity.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage during transit; assist with heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for all shipments.
• Communicate effectively with manager and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service roles with excellent communication skills.
• Experience or familiarity with loading/unloading procedures preferred.
• Commercial driving experience, especially operating box trucks or similar vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a courier or load & unload driver is a plus.
• Familiarity with driving route planning and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving equipment, and vehicle operation. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
