The Role (Your Day-to-Day)

You’re the “air traffic control” for our service department.

A great day in this job looks like: you come in, open ServiceTitan, and you’ve already got today’s calls organized. You answer the phone with confidence, get the customer calm and clear on the issue, and get the right technician to the right home—fast. You keep techs updated, customers informed, and the schedule clean. You follow up on quotes and unsold calls, and you help us turn great service into repeat customers.

This role matters because it protects capacity, boosts revenue, and keeps the owner out of the weeds—so the whole company can grow.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Answer inbound calls, book service, and create clear, complete jobs in ServiceTitan (notes, tags, priority, customer expectations)
• Dispatch and adjust schedules in real time (late calls, emergencies, parts delays, tech availability)
• Keep customers informed with accurate ETAs and calm, professional communication (no surprises)
• Support techs with tight info handoffs (history, symptoms, access notes, pricing approvals, follow-ups)
• Run outbound follow-ups (unsold estimates, maintenance plan opportunities, “how did we do?” touchpoints)
• Keep records clean and organized (job notes, call outcomes, payments, memberships, and basic admin support)

What Makes You a Fit

• ServiceTitan experience is required (you’ve used it in a real home services office—not “watched a video”)
• You’re confident on the phone: warm, clear, and able to guide customers (even when they’re stressed)
• You can multitask under pressure without getting sloppy (accuracy matters here)
• You’re organized, direct, and accountable (you don’t hide problems—you solve them)
• You’re a team-first person (“we > me”) and you can handle feedback without taking it personally
• In-person role in Aledo, TX (reliable commute is non-negotiable)
