We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing HVAC and plumbing team. This role is essential in keeping daily operations running smoothly by managing customer calls, scheduling technicians, and supporting office operations.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and have strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Customer Service & Dispatch-
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently - Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians - Handle emergency service requests and prioritize accordingly - Maintain and manage yearly service plan scheduling - Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding job updates
Administrative Duties-
Register warranties for new system installations - Submit invoices to customer portals - Follow up with technicians and internal staff to ensure billing readiness - Perform weekly filing and maintain office organization - Upload and track company card receipts
Permits & Compliance-
Process excavation permits - Submit 811 “Call Before You Dig” requests - Request city layouts when required - Assist with contractor registrations and insurance certificates
Customer & Office Support-
Deliver excellent customer service at all times - Collect payments via phone and in person - Assist walk-in customers as needed
Qualifications-
Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred (HVAC/plumbing industry a plus) -
Strong communication and multitasking skills - Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, invoicing) - Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
