Who We’re Looking For:

We’re not looking to train someone brand new to the trades. We’re looking for someone who already gets it. If you’ve worked in HVAC, plumbing, drain cleaning, or another home service field, you already understand how a service call works from both the customer side and the technician side. You know how to keep things moving, keep customers happy, and handle the unexpected without getting rattled.

You’ll fit right in if you:

• Have experience in dispatching, CSR work, or inside sales in home services
• Know how to prioritize a board and keep jobs running smoothly
• Can handle a frustrated homeowner and turn the situation around
• Have used ServiceTitan, SuccessWare, or a similar platform
• Are comfortable owning your numbers and taking pride in your work

What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is all about keeping things running smoothly and making sure our customers have a great experience. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

• Answer inbound and outbound calls with expedition and professionalism
• Respond quickly to incoming chats and leads through ServiceTitan, Google, Yelp, and CallSource
• Schedule jobs and support technicians in the field
• Handle customer concerns, booking issues, and complaints until everything is fully resolved
• Jump into the Saturday on-call rotation with the team
• Help us deliver the kind of customer experience that earned those 5-star reviews

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service:: 1 year (Preferred)
