Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Dispatcher

Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative – Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key coordinator for our service operations. In this role, you’ll assist customers over the phone, schedule plumbing, pool, and HVAC services, and efficiently dispatch technicians to job sites. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and think strategically will directly impact customer satisfaction and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional tone
• Gather customer information, address questions, and resolve concerns effectively
• Schedule service appointments for plumbing, pool, and HVAC needs
• Dispatch technicians strategically to optimize daily schedules and maximize efficiency
• Review and manage the daily job board to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate clearly with technicians and internal team members throughout the day
• Maintain accurate records and updates within the dispatching system

Qualifications:

• Experience in a trade or service-based industry preferred
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is highly desirable
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with plumbing and/or HVAC technicians
