Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Eternity Heating & Cooling is a growing HVAC company looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to help support our office operations and customer experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities and being an important part of a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and courteously
• Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations
• Dispatch technicians and help coordinate daily schedules
• Follow up with customers after service visits and estimates
• Schedule maintenance plan visits and assist with maintenance agreement renewals
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, scheduling, and customer follow-ups
• Utilize Housecall Pro to manage scheduling, customer accounts, and job tracking
• Communicate with customers and technicians to ensure a smooth experience
• Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly and professional phone presence
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or office experience preferred
• HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Housecall Pro is a plus

Job Type: Full-time/Part time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
