About Us:

Just Better Home Services is a local trades company offering HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services to homes in the Central Virginia area. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers and their homes offering them the best quality service we can.

We are seeking a Full-Time CSR/Dispatcher who:

- Has the ability to multitask.

- Can answer live phone calls and input customer information.

- Has a basic understanding of the area and surrounding locations.

- Is computer savvy.

- Is exceptional with Customer Service.

- Has attention to detail.

- Is a Team Player!

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, appointment updates, as well as follow ups.

- Work directly with the technicians for scheduling and coordinating their jobs.

- Respond to emails and online appointment requests.

- Determine the best route daily for technician.

- Work as a liaison between technician and customer when needed.

- Ensure Customer Satisfaction is JUST BETTER!

- Data and Record entry as well as miscellaneous administrative tasks.

- Process Credit Card Payments

- Once a month on call (to be elaborated on during interview)

Training:

- You will be trained onsite for the position.

Experience/Education:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Microsoft Office

- Customer Service

- 1+ Year CSR/Dispatcher Experience Required.

- Knowledge of Service Titan is a PLUS!

Schedule

- This position will be Monday – Friday between the hours of 8AM – 5PM with a 1-hour Lunch

- Once a month on call schedule (will elaborate upon interview)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
