Customer Service Representative/Estimating

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative/Estimating to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and accurate estimates to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Assist clients with product or service information, providing clear explanations and solutions tailored to their needs
  • Prepare accurate estimates by gathering necessary data, analyzing client requests, and utilizing Microsoft Office tools for documentation
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with potential or existing clients, promoting services and fostering strong relationships
  • Support sales efforts by identifying client needs, upselling products/services when appropriate, and contributing to achieving team targets
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, data entry updates, and estimate documentation in company systems
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed

Experience

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred; experience in outbound calling is a plus
  • Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and provide precise estimates
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and communication tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in English; additional language skills are advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer service or client services roles that involve active listening, problem-solving, and relationship building
