Customer Service Representative/Front Desk

As a veterinary customer service representative (CSR) you would be responsible for managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative and financial tasks in a veterinary clinic. Key duties include greeting clients and their pets, answering phones, processing payments, and maintaining client and patient records. This role requires strong communication skills, compassion for animals and owners, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Core responsibilities

• Client communication: Answering phone calls and emails, greeting clients in person, and providing information about services.
• Appointment management: Scheduling appointments, coordinating with veterinary staff, and managing the client/patient database.
• Financial and administrative tasks: Processing payments, generating invoices, and handling billing and paperwork.
• Record keeping: Maintaining accurate client and patient medical records.
• Client support: Relay information between clients and veterinarians, explain services, and provide support during check-in.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
