Position Overview: This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, professional graphic design support, and accurate order management for Lakes Area Graphix and SignWorx. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Demonstrate professional and respectful interactions with all team members
- Represent Lakes Area Graphix accurately and professionally when communicating with customers and vendors.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
- Provide customers with expert graphic design guidance, ensuring image quality is appropriate for the intended application, and prepare professional design proofs.
- Identify suitable order options and recommend alternative products when needed.
- Collect and document complete customer order information, including payment details, customer data, and delivery requirements.
- Offer post-sale support, including product information and customer assistance to ensure satisfaction.
- Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Assist with production activities as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Preferred: Associate degree (2-year) in Graphic Design.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct customer service experience.

Qualifications:
- Ability to deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
- Strong accuracy in documenting order details and providing timely follow-up with customers.
- Proficient with office systems such as Microsoft Office, email platforms, CRM systems, order tracking tools, and file hierarchy organization
- Working knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
- Understanding of the sign industry, including materials, pricing, usage, and installation processes.
- Ability to offer meaningful suggestions for improving internal procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Values teamwork and works collaboratively to achieve goals.
