Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone or email and receives orders and inputs into system
- Processes transfers and shipments of customer's inventory
- Maintains accurate inventory records
- Tracks inbound and outbound shipments
- Responds to customer requests in a timely manner
- Process accurate paperwork
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to be a part of a customer service team where each member supports each other and the common goal of maintaining excellent customer relations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and customer management
- Time management
