Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Production Assistant to be our director of first impressions for customers as well as general support to our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong people and communication skills, extroverted with the ability to personally manage their time efficiently and be very organized. The successful candidate will be directly involved in customer service and production of sign and print materials.

We're looking for energetic, passionate individuals to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. Our Customer Service Representatives are the first line of communication with customers and work closely with our management team to resolve customer issues and concerns. We are currently seeking candidates with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to navigate multiple channels of communication in order to solve customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledge about the company's products and services in response to customer inquiries, as well as handle customer orders and payments.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments on product information, customer support, shipping information, and potential technical issues.
• Answer questions over the phone.
• Answer questions in a timely manner.
• Have a good command of the English language.
• Be able to learn new software quickly.
• Provide production assistance as needed.
• Work on our digital footprint including but not limited to automated marketing, website and social media.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
