Job Description:

We are HIRING for people in a customer support role for Dave’s Pest Control. Dave’s Pest Control is looking to connect with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who would be the liaisons between Dave’s and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate shall be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Quickly navigate through the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
• Work as a team player.

Requirements

• Work experience in a customer service role for a North American company preferred
• Neutral or American accent
• Excellent computer skills required
• Average Microsoft Excel and Word Skills
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Be punctual and respectful toward others
