We’re Hiring – Customer Service Representatives (CSR) / Business Development Representatives (BDR) / Appointment Setters

Are you a confident communicator with excellent English skills, looking to grow your career in a professional call centre environment? SparkPro Technologies is seeking motivated CSR/BDR/Appointment Setters (Night Shift) for our USA-based campaigns.

• Position: CSR / BDR / Appointment Setter – Night Shift
• Location: Ghouri Town, Islamabad (Office-based)
• Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Salary: 30,000 – 100,000 PKR + Performance-based Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and clients.
• Set appointments, qualify leads, and assist with customer queries.
• Follow call scripts and maintain a professional tone throughout interactions.
• Keep accurate records of calls and update CRM systems.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and sales support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to team performance.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and listening).
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Motivated, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
• Call center/telemarketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
