Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals both freshers and experienced to join our team as International Callers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls for our US-based clients while delivering exceptional service and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Follow communication scripts when engaging with customers on various topics.
• Identify customer needs, gather relevant information, research issues, and provide accurate solutions or alternatives.
• Utilize opportunities to upsell products and services when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Fluent in English (Required).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary up to Rs 35,000.
• Uncapped Commissions.
• Attractive Daily & Weekly Incentives, bonuses, and allowances.
