We are looking for a Female Customer sales representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
To promote clinic services, handle customer inquiries, and ensure excellent client experience through effective communication, product knowledge, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information about clinic services, packages, and promotions.
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins efficiently.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into confirmed appointments.
- Maintain and update client databases and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate appointments between patients and healthcare professionals.
- Handle complaints or feedback with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of client records.
- Assist in marketing activities such as social media replies, campaigns, and events.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on inquiries, bookings, and conversions.
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold clinic standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (healthcare or aesthetics preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English & Arabic spoken mandatory
- Positive attitude, patience, and professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales or booking targets.
