Job Summary
The
Sales Associate
supports the centre’s sales and customer operations by assisting with student enrolments, handling enquiries, and providing administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey. This role works closely with the Enrolment Sales Manager and Centre Leadership to achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Salary:
AED 5,700 – 6,200
Incentives:
AED 500 – 4,500 (performance-based)
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Enrolment

Assist in conducting sales consultations with walk-in customers, inbound leads, and trial lesson attendees.

Support the full enrolment journey, including trial scheduling, lead follow-ups, and closing enrolments.

Maintain high conversion rates through persuasive, needs-based selling and clear communication.

Confidently present and explain programme offerings, pricing, packages, and promotions to parents and students.

Update sales reports, track daily leads, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Customer Service & Relationship Management

Provide prompt, professional, and
clear communication in fluent English
via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.

Deliver a warm and engaging experience during trials, enrolments, and post-enrolment support.

Support daily centre operations by ensuring a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.

Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Administrative & Operational Support

Assist with class scheduling, teacher coordination, and attendance tracking.

Support centre events such as recitals, open houses, and marketing activities.

Ensure accurate documentation of enrolment contracts, payments, and student records.

Handle basic cashiering duties, including fee collection, receipt issuance, and payment updates.
Requirements

Very fluent and confident English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.

Preferably
3–5 years of experience
in sales, customer service, or front-facing roles (retail, hospitality, education, or service industry preferred).

Sales-driven, confident, and comfortable engaging parents and children in English.

Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly presence.

Proactive, well-organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
