  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding RV services, repairs, and parts.
  • Provide detailed information about available services, pricing, and scheduling options to meet customer needs.
  • Assist clients with booking appointments, follow-up communications, and service status updates to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Conduct data entry accurately into our systems for service requests, customer records, and transaction processing.
  • Handle outbound calling efforts to follow up on service appointments or gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Support cash handling procedures during transactions while maintaining accuracy and security. Qualifications
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required along with proficiency in additional languages such as Bilingual skills to serve a broader customer base.
  • Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles combined with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions efficiently.
  • Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records is advantageous. Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
