Customer Service Represntative

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer queries and provide excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via call, email, or chat
  • Resolve complaints and provide solutions
  • Maintain customer records and reports
  • Coordinate with departments for issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–4 years of experience preferred
  • Banking experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge

Work Location: In person
