Job Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Medicare Insurance Agent to join our in-office Customer Retention Team in Boca Raton, FL. This role is focused on supporting and retaining existing clients—no cold calling required. You’ll provide personalized service, answer questions, and help clients make informed decisions about their Medicare coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact Medicare clients to review satisfaction and renewal options
- Provide guidance on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
- Address client questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience
Requirements:
- Active Florida Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
- Must be local to Boca Raton and available to work in-office
- Previous Medicare insurance experience
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience in a retention or call center environment
