Location: Office Based – Kalma Chowk, Gulberg III, Lahore

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Executive to manage communication with UK clients. The role involves handling customer enquiries, maintaining professional communication, and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and the ability to deal confidently with client enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries from UK clients through email and phone communication.
  • Respond to client queries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about company services to potential and existing clients.
  • Assist in generating and managing sales leads.
  • Convert customer enquiries into potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up with clients regarding project updates and service progress.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with UK clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Ability to handle and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
  • Confidence in dealing with international clients, particularly UK clients.
  • A UK accent will be considered an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
