Job Summary

This role requires a proactive individual who can balance sales targets with a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide professional and timely customer service across all touchpoints
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong customer service background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
• Must be available to join immediately

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or B2C/B2B sales environments
• Good communicator
