We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven individual to be the first point of contact for our growing client base.

The Role: We are seeking a motivated Customer Sales & Service Executive who excels at communication. In this role, you will manage inbound inquiries (primarily via WhatsApp), guide clients through our services, and actively convert leads into confirmed projects. You will act as the bridge between our potential clients and our design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Respond promptly to customer inquiries across WhatsApp and other channels, maintaining a professional tone.
• Sales Conversion: Identify customer needs, propose suitable vinyl/interior solutions, and close sales to meet business targets.
• Client Coordination: Schedule site visits, appointments, and installations effectively.
• Relationship Building: Follow up on leads and build rapport to ensure long-term customer loyalty and referrals.
• Administration: Maintain organized records of chats, sales data, and client details.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in Customer Service or Sales is mandatory.
• Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
• Sales Mindset: A natural ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships.
• Tech Proficiency: High comfort level with WhatsApp Business and standard office tools.
• Location: Currently based in Dubai (or willing to relocate immediately).
• Personality: Energetic, organized, and professionally presentable.
