We are a fast-paced fashion e-commerce company operating multiple online stores and dominating marketplaces like Amazon and Noon. We aren't looking for a corporate robot to read off a boring script; we are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Intern who thrives on human connection and wants to master the art of e-commerce operations, direct marketing, and B2B sales.

Why This Internship Is Unlike Anything Else

This is not a regular "sit in the back and answer phones" internship.

You will be the frontline face and voice of our brand. You will be hands-on with our customers, learning how a real e-commerce startup uses strategic communication, direct marketing, and exceptional service to drive sales and build digital communities.

Here’s what you will actually be doing:

  • Be the Ultimate Problem Solver: Answer customer queries, resolve issues with empathy, and actively take and process orders via phone and email. You are the hero our customers need.
  • Own the Inboxes & Comments: Social media isn't just for posting; it's for selling and connecting. You will monitor and respond promptly to comments and direct messages across all our platforms.
  • Hustle & Drive Revenue: You won't just wait for people to call you. You’ll manage promotional email campaigns, assist with direct marketing, and dive into B2B sales (lead outreach, calling, and account management).
  • Defend the Brand: Learn the financial side of e-commerce by managing and disputing payment chargebacks to protect our revenue.

You won’t just be learning—you’ll be calling, emailing, selling, fixing, and driving real growth.

Your Role in Our Growth Engine

You will be an essential part of our operations team, contributing to:

  • Delivering world-class customer service via phone, email, and social media.
  • Actively identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Launching and managing promotional email blasts to keep our audience engaged.
  • Hunting for B2B leads, reaching out, and building long-term corporate relationships.
  • Investigating customer disputes and meticulously managing chargeback claims.
  • Brainstorming new ways to improve the customer journey—in a startup, your ideas to fix a broken process can be implemented the exact same day.

You should be:

  • A Master Communicator: You speak and write fluent, persuasive, and professional English. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
  • A People Person with a Thick Skin: You have high empathy, a great sense of humor, and the patience to handle difficult conversations with grace.
  • A Driven Hustler: You are goal-oriented, competitive, and get a thrill out of hitting sales targets or clearing an inbox to zero.
  • Highly Organized: You don't let details slip through the cracks. You can juggle multiple chats, emails, and tabs without breaking a sweat.
  • Tech-Savvy: You pick up new software (CRM systems, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) quickly.
  • Bonus Points: Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.

Location & Timing

  • Where: Ajman, Al Jurf 2. Near Ajman Courts. (You must be able to commute).
  • When: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Duration: Full-time internship, 3 months (leading to a full-time offer).
