Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Sales Manager to lead our client support and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual (including bilingual abilities), and have a proven track record in sales, customer support, and call center operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and strategic engagement.

Duties

  • Lead and oversee the customer service and sales team to ensure exceptional client support and achievement of sales targets
  • Manage outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and maintain existing client relationships
  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring positive client experiences
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and client information using Microsoft Office tools
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, including processing payments and balancing registers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, including call etiquette, communication techniques, and problem resolution
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement
  • Train new team members on product knowledge, customer service protocols, and sales techniques
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times while managing multiple communication channels effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center operations, customer service, or sales management with a focus on client engagement
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with general computer skills
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy for efficient record keeping
  • Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • Previous experience in cash handling is desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving goals
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting
  • Call center experience or related customer support background is highly advantageous
