Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to assist with customer service, scheduling, sales follow-up, and marketing activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and contributing to the growth of a small business.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Answer incoming phone calls and text messages
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule pool service and repair appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding estimates
  • Handle customer concerns professionally
  • Request customer reviews after completed jobs

Sales Support

  • Follow up on leads from Google Local Service Ads, Facebook, and referrals
  • Contact potential customers who request quotes
  • Help convert leads into recurring service accounts
  • Track sales opportunities and follow-up activities
  • Assist with customer retention efforts

Marketing

  • Post content on Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor
  • Request and organize customer photos and testimonials
  • Help create email campaigns and newsletters
  • Update Google Business Profile posts
  • Track marketing performance and lead sources

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain customer records
  • Organize estimates and invoices
  • Coordinate schedules with technicians
  • Assist with data entry and reporting
  • Keep office systems organized
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule pool service and repair appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding estimates
  • Handle customer concerns professionally
  • Request customer reviews after completed jobs

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new software
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Marketing or social media experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently
