Position Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative who can manage customer accounts, grow sales, and assist with light graphic design tasks. The ideal candidate is both people-oriented and detail-oriented — someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and supporting the design/production process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers (phone, email, in person)
• Manage and grow customer accounts through inside sales and relationship-building
• Create quotes, process orders, and track projects through our CRM system
• Provide product recommendations and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate
• Assist with basic Adobe Illustrator tasks (artwork adjustments, proofs, mockups)
• Ensure excellent customer experience with professional communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with production and design teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or sales experience required
• Familiarity with CRM software and order management
• Strong typing, email, and phone etiquette skills
• Basic to intermediate Adobe Illustrator knowledge
• Comfortable discussing products and recommending solutions to customers
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive, team-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
