About the Role

We are hiring Sales Executives to join our fast‑growing team in Lahore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, telemarketing, and business development. You will connect with UK‑based clients, generate leads, and help drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to UK prospects
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs & pain points
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow‑ups
• Update and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
• Improve sales scripts and outreach strategies

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in sales, call center, telemarketing, or business development
• Excellent communication skills & confidence in cold calling
• Resilient, target‑driven, and positive under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM tools (mandatory)
• Strong organizational skills to manage high call volumes
• Team player with adaptability and growth mindset
• Comfortable working UK hours (2 PM – 11 PM PST)
