Customer Service / Scale Administrator

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Visually verify inbound/outbound vehicles and material on scale deck, enter weight in computer
• Process payment of customers, verify information is correct and material ticket for corresponding customer and price is correct.
• Answer incoming calls, give directions, handle questions and or direct to appropriate person/area
• Handles clerical functions including entering information, managing and developing reports and filing.

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous Customer Service Experience with the ability to handle both customer and company employees with respect.
• Previous Computer Knowledge
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work Saturday Mornings, required
