Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for scheduling free in-home consultations and ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule appointments
• Speak with homeowners to gather basic information and set qualified appointments
• Clearly explain the purpose of our free in-home consultation
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our system
• Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
• Confirm, reschedule, and manage appointment calendars
• Meet daily/weekly call and scheduling targets

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations on track
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
