Customer Service Scheduler - Dispatcher

Full-Time, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

$16.00/hour

As an IndiGO Scheduler/Dispatcher, duties include:

• Schedule trips for our Shared Ride and MATP Program using our scheduling software.
• Resolve passenger, Bus Operator, and Dispatcher problems and issues as they arise.
• Coordinate and re-route the movement of our Shared Ride vehicles to ensure timely paratransit service for our clients
• Assisting Shared Ride clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Monitors and reacts to Ecolane Scheduling Operation.
• Check in drivers as they arrive
• Monitors and reacts to Avail, notifying supervisors when operators are not on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Dispatch experience preferred

The IndiGO Shared Ride program provides much-needed door-to-door transportation for seniors, those with disabilities and the public. You will be assisting clients with their transportation needs for medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands.
