Customer Service & Scheduling Representative

We are looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service & Scheduling Representative to support our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with appointment scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring every caller receives a helpful and professional experience.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls, and maintaining a positive attitude while resolving customer concerns. Full training will be provided on our internal systems, communication standards, and scheduling procedures. Prior customer-facing experience is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service inquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for service technicians
  • Provide accurate information about available services and offerings
  • Address customer concerns and help resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Record customer interactions and update account information in our system
  • Process payments securely over the phone when required
  • Learn and effectively use our scheduling and service management software (ServiceTitan)
  • Maintain a professional and helpful tone during all customer interactions

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional Saturday shifts may be required depending on service demand

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, or related roles preferred
  • Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and scheduling software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to remain composed and solution-focused during challenging calls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable in a fast-moving work environment

Training will be provided to ensure you feel confident using our systems and delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
