Customer Service & Semi Inbound Sales Agent

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Semi Inbound Sales Agents to join our USA Telecom Campaign. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in USA-based campaigns, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle semi-inbound calls from USA-based customers regarding telecom services.
• Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses to customer queries.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective communication.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Build rapport and long-term customer relationships.
• Handles Inbound Calls

Requirements:

• Minimum 0*-1 year of experience* in any USA/UK/Canada campaign.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & listening).
• Ability to work in a night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
• Positive, energetic, and target-driven personality.
• Candidates with exceptional English fluency but no prior experience are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: Up to PKR 55,000
• Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses for top scorers
