The UPS Store is looking for a full-time (40 hours) Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, high-performing team!

We are proud to be a top store in the country, which means we stay busy and work hard — but we also enjoy what we do and support each other as a team.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays 10-3:30
• Weekday shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Friendly, professional communication
• Solid computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting customers with shipping and mailing needs
• Professionally packing items
• Tracking packages and initiating claims
• Managing private mailboxes
• Printing, copying, scanning, and fax services
• Passport photos and notary services

Compensation:

Starting at $16/hour, based on experience.
