Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive Customer Experience & Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand. On the customer side, your goal is to build lasting relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and ensuring clients are excited to return for future services. On the social media side, you will engage our community and help grow our online presence.

Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Retention:
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with past customers to ensure satisfaction and successfully re-book them for future services.
- Manage customer outreach campaigns (via email, phone, or messaging) to invite clients back for special promotions and upcoming availability.
- Act as a dedicated point of contact to ensure an overall elevated, premium customer experience from start to finish.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services during customer check-ins to drive revenue and maximize your commission.
Social Media Management:
- Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all social platforms to build a thriving community.
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content (posts, stories, reels) that reflects our brand's unique identity.
- Turn social media followers into loyal customers by seamlessly guiding them from direct messages into our client pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, account management, or social media.
- Results-Driven: Motivated by targets and excited by a base plus commission pay structure.
- Relationship Driven: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building rapport and keeping clients engaged.
- Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills with a knack for tone and brand voice.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM or booking software, and social media platforms.
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
