About Us
GGM Gastro is an internationally leading company in the field of commercial kitchen technology, headquartered in Germany. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Spare Parts Specialist with excellent English skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage spare parts required for faulty or damaged products
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding spare parts using Salesforce, SAP, and Bob
- Communicate with suppliers and partners (primarily via email)
- Place and track spare parts orders
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical/service departments)
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely supply
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good command of English (C1 level), German is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up processes
- Experience in a similar role or in industrial products is a plus
