Customer Service Specialist

Atolyestone is a privately held house of brands. We are aiming to lead the jewelry industry with leading-edge innovation, incomparable quality, and aspirational style.

We are expanding our global presence with a new brand project, and we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to play a key role in shaping the online customer experience.

This role will be based in our Ankara office located in Söğütözü and will focus on managing online communications with customers.

Qualified candidates should be highly personable, proactive, motivated, and have strong communication skills.

In this role you will…


  • Communicate with customers through email, live chat, and social media platforms to provide best-in-class online customer service.


  • Advise clients on current jewelry trends and developments in the luxury market.


  • Build and maintain relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.


  • Manage customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.


  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and resolve delivery issues.


  • Gain in-depth product knowledge to help convert inquiries into sales.


  • Share customer feedback with the wider team to improve processes and service quality.


  • Support after-sales operations such as warranty, repairs, and bespoke orders.


Requirements


  • A quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Detail-oriented & organized with impeccable written & verbal communication skills in English.


  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to work independently.


  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.


  • Proficient in MS Office.
