Key Responsibilities·

·Customer Support & Communication:

o Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing customer needs.

o Process customer orders and requests via email and phone.

-Administration & Operations:

o Assist with administrative functions and requests from the Sales Department

o Maintain filing system

-Team Support:

o Maintain active communication and support other departments as needed

o Maintain lobby area

·Additional tasks as needed

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience (non-call center environment).
• Effective organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)
Pay: $25.00+, hourly
