Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for scheduling contracted facilities work for our growing number of enterprise retail clients. This individual requires some experience with service requests in a facilities management, call center, insurance, or similar work environment. The core responsibility is coordinating client service requests with Royal's subcontractors and vendors.

This is an on-site job, not remote, located in Stilwell, 10 minutes south of Overland Park.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college is helpful.
