As part of our expansion across the MENA region, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our Cairo team and contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Location

Onsite – Zahraa El-Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via HubSpot, email, live chat, and social media channels
• Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently while coordinating with internal teams
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer issues
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Develop strong knowledge of company products and services
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving customer experience processes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or client support
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (day/evening)
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally under pressure
• Experience in fintech, trading, or forex is a plus
• Familiarity with MENA customer behavior is an advantage

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
