- Organize and manage the doctor's daily appointments and calendar.
- Ensure no scheduling conflicts or overlaps.
- Coordinate breaks or meetings as required.
Administrative Coordination
- Prepare and update patient files and medical records.
- Accurately enter patient data into the clinic system.
Billing & Payments Support
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Handle patient complaints or inquiries professionally.
- Provide quick solutions or elevate issues to the doctor or manager as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Medical Secretary, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer use and clinic management software.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance, polite manner, and ability to work under pressure.
