Customer Service Specialist

Patient Reception & Front Desk
  • Greet patients and assist with registration and check-in.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments (via phone or online platforms).
  • Respond to patient inquiries and guide them as needed.
Doctor's Schedule Management
  • Organize and manage the doctor's daily appointments and calendar.
  • Ensure no scheduling conflicts or overlaps.
  • Coordinate breaks or meetings as required.
Administrative Coordination
  • Prepare and update patient files and medical records.
  • Accurately enter patient data into the clinic system.
Billing & Payments Support
  • Issue invoices.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
  • Handle patient complaints or inquiries professionally.
  • Provide quick solutions or elevate issues to the doctor or manager as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Medical Secretary, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer use and clinic management software.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance, polite manner, and ability to work under pressure.
