Customer Service Specialist

BellaViso Medical Center, located in Al Barsha, Dubai, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
🔹 Position Details:
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000
Type: Full-time
🔹 Important Requirement:
⚠️ Candidate must have their own valid UAE Residence Visa
(Company will NOT provide visa)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle reception and patient coordination
Manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and bookings
Confirm appointments and follow-ups
Provide excellent customer service to patients
Maintain proper records in the system
🔹 Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service / reception (clinic experience preferred)
Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Presentable and professional attitude
Basic computer skills (Excel / systems handling)
