This is a contract, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Kuwait City. The Customer Service Specialist will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer communication via phone, email, or other platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction, and applying professional etiquette in problem resolution. Additionally, you will contribute to improving overall customer support processes in alignment with the organization's service goals.

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Experience practices to deliver positive interactions
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries courteously and clearly
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and maintain a detail-oriented approach
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are an asset
