Ready-Contractors, a reputable construction company serving clients since 1969, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our Houston, Texas, United States office. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry to project completion. You will play a vital role in upholding our company's reputation and fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for all client enquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Manage and resolve client issues or complaints efficiently, coordinating with project managers and technical teams to ensure swift and effective solutions.
* Keep clients informed of project progress, timelines, and any relevant updates in a clear and proactive manner.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, feedback, and service requests in our CRM system.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of our construction services to address client questions and provide appropriate information.
* Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute to the overall success of the team.
* Assist with administrative duties related to client accounts and project documentation.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or account management role, preferably within the construction or a related industry.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanour when handling challenging situations.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
* A client-focused attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding level of service.
