Customer Service Specialist (Tamheer)

We are seeking a motivated Customer Care / Customer Experience Officer (Tamheer) to join our team and support our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally through various channels.
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
• Support customers throughout their journey to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records and service logs.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in customer care, customer service, or customer experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Customer focused mindset with problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
