We are seeking a motivated Customer Care / Customer Experience Officer (Tamheer) to join our team and support our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally through various channels.
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
- Support customers throughout their journey to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records and service logs.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in customer care, customer service, or customer experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Customer focused mindset with problem solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
