We're looking for Customer Service " Student Relations"

Responsible for supporting the student journey from enrollment to course completion. Focuses on building trust with students, handling issues, and ensuring students remain engaged and satisfied

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for our students

• Follow up on attendance and engagement

• Handle student inquiries, complaints, and requests

• Support student retention and re enrollment

• Collect and report student feedback

Requirements:

• Entry level position, Fresh graduates are welcome

• 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, student affairs, or a service role

• Experience in an educational institute is a plus

• Strong communication skills with good English proficiency

• Basic German is a plus

• Strong problem solving skills

• Ability to manage student concerns in a professional and calm manner

Location: Stanly, Alexandria

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
