The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and advancing the overall performance of the customer service function to ensure timely, accurate, and professional support across all communication channels.


This role manages daily team operations, upholds service quality standards, and ensures that all customer interactions reflect the brand’s identity and communication guidelines. The supervisor coordinates closely with logistics, IT, and marketing to resolve cases efficiently and maintain smooth operational flow. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system performance, preparing analytical reports, managing schedules and resource availability, and leading continuous development initiatives for the team through structured coaching, training, and performance evaluation. The position ensures operational readiness, service excellence, and a consistent end-to-end customer experience.
