Customer Service Supervisor / Call Center Team Lead

Job Description:

Prateeti Infotech is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor / Call Center Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee our call center operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while effectively managing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily call center activities and manage a team of customer service representatives.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence and performance targets.
  • Monitor calls to ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to procedures.
  • Address customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze call center metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.

Salary:

  • Competitive hourly rate ranging from 80 -* 150 QAR*, based on experience and qualifications.
