Battery Outfitters is hiring for Customer Service Support & Logistics people to assist customers over the phone, via Help Desk email, and chat. Customer service and logistics experience is a Plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right individual. Job includes processing orders, technical assistance, shipping customer orders, onboarding new customers, soliciting orders, providing tracking and replacement for damages, vetting returns and warranty claims, and responding to customer inquiries. Must be a team player and very customer oriented. Day shift.

We’re looking for positive, friendly, dependable and motivated people to assist customers over the phone and enjoy helping others resolve issues.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with product issues over the phone, email or chat.
• Provide Level I technical assistance as needed.
• Process and ship customer orders.
• Onboard New customers.
• Solicit orders from new and existing customers.
• Provide tracking numbers and replacement for damages to product.
• Vet returns and warranty claims.
• Respond to all customer inquiries as needed.
• Deliver excellent service following our "I Promise" customer care model

In 1980, Battery Outfitters opened in Golden, Missouri, selling batteries primarily for the automotive, commercial, and marine industries. In 1996, we added a full line of batteries for household goods to our line of products. Back then, the concept of a battery shop was new to the industry.
