Customer Service Team Lead

Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

Location: Old Airport Road, Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 13,000 per month

Job Description: Atmis Computers is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Team Lead to oversee daily support operations and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the customer service team in daily operations
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Handle escalated cases and provide solutions to complex concerns
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback
  • Develop and implement customer service procedures and best practices
  • Track key performance indicators KPIs and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service quality

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in customer service tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the IT or computer industry is an advantage
